Two Roads was founded in 1996 by three partners: Tammy Gottschalk, President; Chris Hoff, VP Client Services; and Barry Vince, Vice President. We came together because we shared the vision that you can build a successful and profitable company without compromising the values of integrity, respect, innovation and relationship. We believe that we have brought together the best of two worlds: The experience of larger firms and the determination and flexibility of a small, privately-owned business.
Tammy Gottschalk, President
With over 15 years in the contract labor industry, Tammy is committed to bringing the best of her past work experiences to Two Roads. She believes that the client comes first and is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations of both the client company and the contract employee through personal and superior customer service. As a recognized women business owner, Tammy takes personal pride in providing motivation and mentorship to other women in business. Tammy's recent recognitions include a nomination for the Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Award.
Chris Hoff, VP Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Chris is dedicated to the relationships he has with his clients. With more than 15 years experience serving the contract labor industry nationally, he uses this background to insure the ultimate customer experience. Chris is currently responsible for the development and placement of computer consultants at companies throughout California and nationwide. Chris is currently Southern California Chapter President of the National Technical Services Association.
Barry Vince, VP Business Development
