Two Roads offers an aggressive cash bonus to anyone who helps us in our quest to become number one in the staffing industry. Do you know a talented associate looking for work? Refer them to Two Roads, and if they are hired into a current job opening, you will receive a bonus based on the following schedule:

• Sr. Computer Professionals: $ 500.00
• Engineers: $ 500.00
• CAD Support: $ 500.00
• Manufacturing: $ 500.00

Earn up to $500 for each employee referral and up to $2500 per new client.

How it works

You know of a company that is looking to bring in several contractors to work a six-month engineering development project. Even better, you know the manager who is going to be doing the hiring for these positions. This manager can be at the company you currently work for, one at a former employer, or even just a friend or business acquaintance.

if you refer this manager to Two Roads - or refer Two Roads to the manager - and if as a result of this referral Two Roads ends up placing employees with the firm, you will receive a referral fee based on the above listing. Should the referral result in two people being hired by the firm, you will receive another referral fee.

The maximum total bonus for a particular referral is $2500 regardless of how many employees are ultimately placed with the referred client.
