Women who work at Motive

Last week Motive Companies announced a strategic partnership with Two Roads Professional Resources, a 25-year leader in the staffing industry. Motive Workforce Solutions (MWS), formerly Two Roads, has always been a Women-Owned Business and it’s no surprise the leadership continues to focus on Women in Leadership.

Sarah Bennett, formerly Talent Acquisition Manager, has been named General Manager/Vice President of MWS. Her progressive vision and instrumental role in growing the company made her an obvious choice for this leadership position. She brings a vast knowledge of business development along with a proven record of helping companies identify skilled talent. “It’s a privilege to be chosen as General Manager/Vice President. Our focus will continue to be finding the right talent for our clients and assist in strategic workforce planning,” says Bennett. “Whether it’s Women in Business or Diversity from different backgrounds, I believe a well-rounded team provides the best products and services within an industry.”

Another key player is Erin Earlywine, Team Member Engagement Director, who has been instrumental in developing wellness programs and events. Her vision to help employees achieve a thriving work-life balance while prioritizing wellness is woven into the MWS culture. “I believe encouraging employees to develop their personal and physical well-being helps maintain high company morale and boosts productivity. I want our employees to feel their best and maintain health as a priority,” states Erin. Erin is also integral in promotions and sales.

Leadership within MWS, would not be complete without Kristan Anderson, Senior Recruiting Manager. She oversees a team of high-energy recruiters who work relentlessly to find the right talent for MWS clients. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kristan has repeatedly exceeded expectations. Not only can she identify skilled talent for clients, but she commands a highly effective balance of managing company expectations and motivating the team.

Maryhelen Jordan has also been recently promoted to Marketing and Strategy Manager. She brings a long-standing knowledge of marketing experience from large telecoms to small business and will focus on MWS growth and aligning with Motive company initiatives.

There are many other women at MWS who have continued to grow and take on leadership roles. The picture above is a snapshot of some of the talented women who contribute to the success of MWS. MWS is proud to remain a “Women Owned Business” and strives to increase opportunities for its diverse skilled workforce.
